hCG Diet Shakes are a (whey & soy based protein) meal replacement shake. Each serving contains 120 calories and 15 grams of protein. 1 container of hCG Diet Shakes contain 14 servings which can be mixed with an 8 oz. glass of cold water or skim milk for a delicious shake that is nutritionally balanced with essential vitamins and nutrients.
